Ana Garcia was a nature photographer before the war. 

One night, while out taking photos, she accidentally captured evidence of Raven's atrocities.

While escaping from the Raven agents sent to hunt her down, her assistant was killed.

Ever since, she's dedicated herself to exposing Raven's many crimes, earning her a top spot on Raven's hitlist.
